As a member, you’ll enjoy exclusive bars, origin stories, and surprise perks—while supporting sustainability and the preservation of Ecuador’s most prized cacao.

Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time. If you’re on a monthly plan, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. If you’re on a 3-month plan, you’ll also keep access until the end of that prepaid period. Please note that we don’t offer partial refunds for unused time.

Yes! You can purchase a subscription as a gift. Simply complete the gift form with your recipient’s information, and we’ll take care of the rest so they can enjoy their membership.

You cannot pause your membership. Once you subscribe, your membership remains active and continues to renew automatically. If you no longer wish to continue for a period of time, you can cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle begins.
