We use USPS and FedEx as a carriers . The orders to most states will arrive within 1-3 business days. This time frame does not include weekends or national holidays.

USPS Shipping costs are $9.65 flat rate for Priority Paddle Flat Rate Envelope 1-3 Business Days

FedEx 2nd Day $9.50 flat rate, that is a 2-3 day service nationwide.

Should you experience any damage, please take images of the damaged chocolate (packaging and chocolate) and email us at tania.molina@villakuyaya.com and we would be happy to send a replacement order or send a refund. Replacement or Refund request need to be emailed within 24 hours of delivery
